Peel and grate the cucumbers.

Squeeze out the excess water from the grated cucumbers.

In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.

Add the grated cucumbers, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice, salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, sugar, and black pepper powder to the yogurt.
