Simple & Sweet Mini Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are believed to have originated in Sweden and are traditionally eaten on October 4th, known as Cinnamon Roll Day.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 65 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Brush the melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

Starting from one long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log.

Cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place each piece into a muffin cup.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow the cinnamon rolls to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
