Easy Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are believed to have originated in Sweden and are traditionally served on special occasions like Christmas and St. Lucia’s Day.

In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter until the butter melts. Let it cool.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add the milk mixture and eggs. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling mixture over the dough.

Roll up the dough tightly from the long side. Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces.

Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the icing. Drizzle the icing over the warm cinnamon rolls.
