  1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  3. Add chopped onion, green chili, ginger, and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add mashed potatoes and peas. Mix until well combined.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes and then add coriander leaves.
  7. Let the mixture cool.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, carom seeds, salt, and water to make a dough.
  9. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a small circle.
  10. Cut each circle in half.
  11. Take one half and fold it into a cone shape.
  12. Fill the cone with the potato mixture.
  13. Seal the edges of the cone to form a samosa.
  14. Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas until golden brown.
  15. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
