Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle feta cheese and fresh basil on top.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set.
