In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and sugar.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the raisins.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze.
