Whole Wheat Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are believed to have originated in Sweden in the 1920s and have since become a popular breakfast treat worldwide.

In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, yeast, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.

Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal-sized rolls.

In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze.
