Add minced garlic, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for another minute.

Pour in crushed tomatoes and season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Make small wells in the sauce and crack eggs into each well. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
