  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, cashews, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool down and then blend it into a smooth paste.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan and add the blended paste. Cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add water and bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Add garam masala and fresh cream. Mix well.
  9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with naan or rice.
