Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes, cashews, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Allow the mixture to cool down and then blend it into a smooth paste.

Heat ghee in a pan and add the blended paste. Cook for a few minutes.

Add water and bring the mixture to a boil.

Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add garam masala and fresh cream. Mix well.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot with naan or rice.
