  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans over the condensed milk. Press down gently.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 hours before cutting into bars.
