Sesame Wonton Wedges
Wontons are believed to have originated in China over 1,000 years ago and were traditionally served during the Chinese New Year as a symbol of wealth and prosperity.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.

Preheat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat.

Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Brush each wrapper with the soy sauce mixture.

Fold each wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.

Fry the wonton wedges in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the wonton wedges from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
