  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.
  2. Preheat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat.
  3. Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Brush each wrapper with the soy sauce mixture.
  4. Fold each wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  5. Fry the wonton wedges in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the wonton wedges from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
