In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form.

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Insert a pretzel stick into each ball to create a snowman body.

Melt the orange candy melts according to the package instructions.

Dip the top of each snowman body into the melted candy to create a hat.

Place two mini chocolate chips on each snowman for the eyes.

Use mini M&M's to create the snowman's buttons.

Allow the snowmen to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
