Savory Cheese & Onion Appetizer Cups

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.

Grease a muffin tin and press the puff pastry squares into the cups.

In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

In a bowl, mix together the sautéed onion, grated cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Spoon the cheese and onion mixture into the puff pastry cups.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
