In a bowl, mix together the flour, almond flour, and salt.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until a dough forms.

Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a sandbakkel mold or tartlet pans.

Take small portions of the dough and press them into the mold or pans, making sure to cover the bottom and sides.

Place the filled molds or pans on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the molds or pans for a few minutes.

Carefully remove the sandbakkel from the molds or pans and let cool completely on a wire rack.
