  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain and chop.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, celery, thyme, and sage. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cooked vegetables, chopped porcini mushrooms, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Dot the top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and crispy on top.
