Rose Cheese Cake

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.

Add the rose water, vanilla extract, eggs, and all-purpose flour. Mix until well combined.

Stir in the red food coloring until the batter is evenly colored.

Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.

Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Serve chilled with whipped cream and edible rose petals on top.
