Ricotta-Chocolate Cheesecake

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

In a large bowl, beat together the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the melted chocolate chips.

Pour the filling over the crust in the pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour to cool gradually.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Before serving, remove the sides of the springform pan. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
