Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, 50 grams of sugar, salt, and butter. Use a fork or pastry cutter to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, remaining sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Fold in the rhubarb and pour the mixture over the crust.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
