  1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews and raisins until golden. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, roast vermicelli noodles until golden brown.
  3. In a separate pot, bring milk to a boil.
  4. Add roasted vermicelli noodles to the boiling milk and cook until noodles are soft.
  5. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, and fried cashews and raisins to the pot.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot or chilled.
