Chunky Monkey Bread
Monkey bread is called so because it is traditionally eaten by pulling apart the bread with your hands, resembling a group of monkeys sharing food.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk, mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until just combined.

In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped nuts, brown sugar, and melted butter.

Spoon half of the banana dough into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the nut mixture on top.

Spoon the remaining banana dough on top, followed by the remaining nut mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
