Brown Butter Blondies
Blondies are often referred to as the blonde version of brownies, as they have a similar texture but are made without cocoa or chocolate.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Continue cooking until the butter turns brown and gives off a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Slowly pour the cooled brown butter into the mixing bowl and mix until incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped pecans.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
