  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Slowly pour the cooled brown butter into the mixing bowl and mix until incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
