‘Ray’s’ Strawberry Wonton Crisp

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together the strawberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.

Place a wonton wrapper on a baking sheet and spoon a small amount of the strawberry mixture onto the center.

Fold the wonton wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle and press the edges to seal.

Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers and strawberry mixture.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon until combined.

Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the wonton triangles.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.

Serve the strawberry wonton crisps with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
