  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into 8 equal squares.
  4. In the center of each square, place a spoonful of raspberry jam and a few fresh raspberries.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of the raspberries.
  7. Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center, covering the filling.
  8. Brush the pastries with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
