Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
