  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaves comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the loaves cool in the pans for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer the loaves to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
