Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

Add the pumpkin puree and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Stir in the rolled oats, raisins, and chopped pecans.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
