Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, and oil until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture onto the pumpkin batter. Use a knife to swirl the two together.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
