  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pretzel dough into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place a small piece of cheddar cheese in the center of each pretzel piece and fold the dough around it, forming a ball.
  4. In a small bowl, beat the egg.
  5. Dip each pretzel ball into the beaten egg, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt on top of each pretzel ball.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the pretzel smoochies to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
