  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
