Potluck Casserole
The term ‘potluck’ originally referred to a meal where guests would bring a dish to share, often resulting in a diverse and varied spread of food.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the frozen corn, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

Arrange the tater tots on top of the mixture in a single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.

Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
