  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Stir in the frozen corn, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Arrange the tater tots on top of the mixture in a single layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
