  4. Place the plum slices on top of each dough circle.
  5. Sprinkle some granulated sugar and ground cinnamon on top.
  6. Fold the edges of the dough towards the center.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the tarts are golden brown.
  8. Allow the tarts to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
