In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced fennel and onion, and cook until caramelized.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet.

Spread the caramelized fennel and onion mixture evenly over the dough.

Top with black olives, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.

Season with salt and black pepper.
