The Philly Flatbread is inspired by the famous Philly cheesesteak sandwich, a popular street food in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms until tender.

Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and spread cream cheese evenly over each flatbread.

Top with the sautéed vegetables and provolone cheese slices.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
