Black Bean Burgers with Sriracha Aioli
Black bean burgers are a popular alternative to meat burgers and are enjoyed by vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. The addition of sriracha aioli adds a spicy kick to the dish.

Drain and rinse the black beans.

In a food processor, combine the black beans, onion, garlic cloves, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Process until well combined.

Form the mixture into patties.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until crispy and heated through.

Toast the burger buns.

In a small bowl, mix together sriracha sauce and mayonnaise to make the aioli.

Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, topping with lettuce, tomato slices, and a dollop of sriracha aioli.
