Shape each portion into a round ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover the dough balls with a damp cloth and let them rest for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
