  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic cloves. Cook until onion becomes translucent.
  2. Add sliced zucchini, dried thyme, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour vegetable broth into the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, cook the kluski noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
  5. After the soup has simmered for 15 minutes, remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  6. Return the soup to the pot and add cooked kluski noodles. Heat over low heat for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
