Pecan Sweet Potato Bake
Sweet potatoes are a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. They are also naturally gluten-free.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the melted butter. Stir until well combined.

Place the sliced sweet potatoes in a baking dish.

Pour the butter mixture over the sweet potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and sprinkle the pecans over the sweet potatoes.

Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the pecans are toasted.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Top with marshmallows and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
