  1. Wash and dry the okra. Cut off the ends and slice them lengthwise.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced okra and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, thinly slice the onions.
  4. Heat another tablespoon of olive oil in a separate pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
  6. Once the okra is cooked, transfer it to a serving dish. Top with caramelized onions and drizzle the yogurt mixture over the top.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
