  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and core the pears, then cut them into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the pears, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the pear mixture onto each puff pastry square.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling to create a pocket and seal the edges.
  7. Place the pear pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops of the pockets with beaten egg.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
