  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  7. Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon the cream cheese and peanut butter mixture on top, then pour the remaining batter over it.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped nuts, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the top of the batter.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
