Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking pan.
-
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
-
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
-
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
-
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
-
In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter until melted and smooth.
-
Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Spoon dollops of melted peanut butter on top, then swirl it into the batter using a knife or toothpick.
-
Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips over the peanut butter layer. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
-
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
-
Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
-
Enjoy!
