In a large mixing bowl, combine peanuts, mini chocolate candies, and dried cranberries.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave honey for 10 seconds.

Add vanilla extract to the honey and mix well.

Pour the honey mixture over the peanut and candy mixture.

Stir until all ingredients are well coated.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it rest for 30 minutes.
