  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss chopped peaches with flour and cinnamon. Gently fold the peach mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust in the baking pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 2 hours.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
