  4. Gently fold in the cornstarch, white vinegar, and vanilla extract.
  5. Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round shape with slightly raised edges.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside.
  7. Once cooled, carefully transfer the pavlova to a serving plate.
  8. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
