In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until well combined.

Stir in the milk and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Insert a lollipop stick into each dough ball.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the dough pops chill for at least 1 hour.

Once chilled, remove the dough pops from the refrigerator and dip them into the sprinkles, coating them evenly.

Place the dough pops back on the baking sheet and return to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to set.
