  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  2. In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the caster sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat until the mixture becomes thick and glossy.
  4. Gently fold in the cornstarch, white vinegar, and vanilla extract.
  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spoon the meringue mixture onto the tray, shaping it into a round disc.
  6. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 90 minutes.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside.
  8. Once cooled, carefully transfer the pavlova to a serving plate.
  9. Top with whipped cream, fresh fruits, and mint leaves.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
