  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract, and mix until the dough comes together.
  4. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a tart pan.
  7. Transfer the dough to the tart pan and press it into the bottom and sides.
  8. Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork.
  9. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  11. Fill the tart crust with your desired filling and serve.
