In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark or white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Using a fork or toothpick, dip each chilled cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
