  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the kunafa dough with melted butter until well coated.
  3. Press half of the kunafa dough mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, sugar, rosewater, and orange blossom water until well combined.
  5. Spread the ricotta cheese mixture over the kunafa dough in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining kunafa dough mixture on top of the ricotta cheese layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  9. Drizzle the syrup over the kunafa and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
