  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cubed cottage cheese until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add chopped onion and cook until translucent. Then add crushed ginger and garlic and cook until aromatic.
  4. Add chopped tomato, green chilies, and spices (cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt). Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well-combined.
  5. Add the spinach paste and cook for a few minutes. Add water if needed to adjust the consistency.
  6. Add the fried cottage cheese cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in fresh cream and cook for a minute.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with naan or rice.
